Seit langem mal wieder ein DIY auf dem Blog! Dieses Mal ein einfaches Katzenkissen, wofür ihr Kissenfüllung, Stoff, Maßband, Nadel und Faden und die Silhouette des Motives braucht, welches ihr verwenden wollt.
It's been a while since the last DIY on the blog! Today, I want to show you how to make a simple cat pillow case for which you need a pillow, fabric, measuring tape, needle and thread and the silhouette of the motive you want to use.
Die Kissenhülle ist im Grunde genauso genäht wie dieses oder dieses hier - nur eben ohne Patchwork vorn, sondern mit 'bloßem' Stoff. Mein Stoff hier ist ganz leicht kariert, und damit sich das Motiv abhebt, habe ich es im 90°-Winkel zur Musterung ausgeschnitten - sieht man dann in den Detailfotos, was ich hier meine. Die Katze habe ich mit Zickzackstich angenäht.
This pillow case is basically made in the way this one or this one was created - just no patchwork at the front but simple fabric. My fabric I used has a lightly checked pattern and to create some contrast for the motive, I cut it out in a 90° angle to the pattern - you can see in the detail photos what I mean. The cat was sewn on using the zigzag stitch.
Als nächstes kommt die Rückseite und das Zusammennähen von Vorder- und Hinterseite dran - auch hier wieder an dieser oder dieser Anleitung orientieren! Und fertig. Welches Motiv würdet ihr für euer Kissen verwenden?
