Ich weiß ja nicht, wie es euch geht, aber ich brauche es kuscheligst warm, wenn ich zuhause rumfläze. Da Geiz und Energiebewusstsein mich aber davon abhalten, die Heizung volle Pulle aufzudrehen, müssen warme Klamotten her! Super sind diese Fleecehosen, die ich hier entdeckt habe, und einfach sind sie auch noch! Ihr braucht: Fleece (am besten einfach eine Fleecedecke kaufen), passender Faden, Gummilitze, eine passende Hose als Vorlage und evtl. Knöpfe, Bänder etc. als Verzierung.



I don't know about you, but I need it to be toasty warm when I hang around at home. Since cheapness and energy conscience keep me from turning up the radiators full power, warm clothes are much welcomed! These fleecy trousers that I discovered here are simply great for keeping warm and they're also easy to make! You'll need: fleece (easiest to buy a fleece throw), matching thread, elastic, a fitting pair of trousers as a template, optional: buttons, ribbons etc. for decorating.

1. Die passende Hose auf die gefaltete Decke, wie auf dem Foto, legen und entlang ausschneiden mit 1 cm Nahtzugabe. Am Bund oben mindestens 5 cm zugeben, da ihr noch einen Tunnel für den Gummi nähen müsst. Das Ganze wiederholen - nun habt ihr zwei identische Teile.



1. Lay your fitting trousers onto the folded throw as seen on the photo and cut along, leaving 1cm seam allowance. Leave at least 5cm additional fabric at the waistband since we will need that later to make a tunnel for the elastic. Repeat - now you have two additional pieces.




2. Die beiden Teile (rechte Seiten innen) wie auf dem Foto aufeinanderlegen und bis zum späteren Schritt nähen, als bis zu dieser "Spitze", die da raussteht.

2. Lay both pieces (right sides in) on top of each other as seen in the photo. Sew until you reach what will later be the crutch, meaning until this 'nose' that sticks out.



3. Nun die Nähte aufeinander legen und die so entstandenen Beine innen zunähen. Um den Tunnel zu nähen, den Stoff nach innen umklappen (gern auch "doppelt" für eine saubere Kante) und soviel Platz lassen, dass der Gummi noch gut durchpasst.



3. Now lay the seams on top of each other and sew the now resulted legs on the inside. In order to sew the tunnel, fold the fabric to the inside (you can also do that 'double' for creating a clean edge) and leave enough space to allow the elastic to fit inside.



4. Den Gummi durchziehen und die Enden zusammennähen. Ich musste meine Beine noch etwas stutzen. Nun seid ihr eigentlich fertig, man kann aber noch die Beine unten säumen und/oder die Hose ein bisschen verzieren, so wie ich hier mit Knöpfen und Band.




4. Now pull through the elastic and sew together the ends. I also had to shorten the legs a little. Now you are actually done, but you can go ahead and hem the legs and/or decorate the trousers a little more, just like I did with buttons and ribbon.
