How to Turn a Jumper into a Cardigan DIY

7/08/2013 04:48:00 pm

As promised here, I'll show you today how to easily turn a jumper into a cardigan. You'll need: a jumper, ribbon (about 2 m), thread and needle, snap fasterens and pins.

1. Den Pullover gerade in der Mitte durchschneiden.

1. Cut the jumper in the middle.

2. Now wrap the ribbon around the edges you've just created and pin in place. I did this all around the whole neckline to create an even impression. Sew.

3. Now sew on a pair of snap fasteners. Of course, you can also use normal buttons or hooks, just what you prefer.

Fertig!

4. Now fold a bow from the remaining ribbon and stitch on where the snap fastener is. Done!
