Vegan Semolina Cake
7/27/2015 03:12:00 pm
Vanillezucker.
Today I have a recipe for a really simple and moist semolina cake for you: you'll need semolina, soy milk, ground nuts, sugar, if you wish plums or other fruits, 1 sachet of baking powder and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
Start by mixing 1 cup of semolina with 1 cup of soy milk, then let rest for 2 hours until the semolina has absorbed the milk. Then add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup nuts, the baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured tin and add the fruits. Now bake in the oven at 170°C for about an hour (our speedy oven only took 30 minutes, so always check)!
