Today I'll drive to Dresden to attend a friend's house-warming party. I've known her since first grade and it will be nice to see her again. This morning we have a rehearsal for the christmas riding in my stable, we'll do ring jousting (like the knights). Today we want to try how the horses react to music and screaming people. I leave you with the outfit I picked up Aidan in last friday. Have a nice weekend!

Now I'm one of the many people who own a name necklace from MeineNamenskette.com. I decided against a name and for my philosophy of life: "Miau" (Meow). The whole thing arrived nicely packed:

I choose a length of 40 cm, not too short and not too long in my eyes, so exactly right. This is how the necklace looks when on:

I'm happy about it and will wear it often for sure, even though I'm not that of a jewellery wearer (despite the amount I own).

Finally a current outfit - this is how I looked for work. The snow and the ice are so bad here, that public transport stopped completely. Seems like I'll have to walk tomorrow - as I don't have a bike anymore.

Unfortunately Aidan left today - but I'll be in London in three weeks for a little longer.
Today an outfit from last year and with blond hair.

Yesterday I handed in my final thesis! And actually Aidan wanted to come to Leipzig in the evening...actually. The snow made all the trains in London stop and he couldn't get to the airport in time. Today, he's having a new try...and until then I'll go to work, to distract myself.
Aidan stays until tuesday, and there will be a blog break until then. Have a great weekend!

Kindly, I was allowed to test a pair of sunglasses from sunglassesshop.com. They have a huge variety of brands, from Ray-Ban to Chanel and Jimmy Choo...I decided to go for a pair from NUEU (and now it's not that bad anymore that the glas from my old one is broken). It arrived in a bag like this:

...und solide verpackt in einem Etui.

...and solidly packed in a case.

Vielen Dank an sunglassesshop.com!

They are nicely light, not too tight (which I hate!) and give you protection even when the sun comes from the side. Unfortunately, the sky is cloudy at the moment, but when the sun shines again, I'll be protected! Thank you very much, sunglassesshop.com!

I spent the weekend in a region called "Sächsische Schweiz", to celebrate a birthday. We stayed in a wellness hotel with three sauna, which we used, of course. It was really nice, my family's just a funny crowd.
Today allday-life continued - handing in of the thesis on thursday!
