Bald geht die Adventskalenderzeit wieder los, und da habe ich mir in den letzten Jahren auch immer etwas einfallen lassen. Dieses Jahr fand ich es besonders wichtig, dass Aidan und ich uns bewusst Zeit füreinander nehmen und habe die übliche Schokolade an einigen Tagen mit Dates ersetzt. Jeder von uns hat drei Ideen auf Kartes geschrieben, und die werden wir dann am jeweiligen Tag umsetzen! Ihr braucht: Spielkarte, Umschläge (optional), Papier, Stifte, Kleber, Schere, Stempel und Tinte.

Soon, the advent calendar time starts again and I always came up with something in the last few years. This year I found it especially important that Aidan and I would really make time for each other and replaced the usual chocolate with dates on some days. Each one of us has written three ideas onto cards, and we will go on that date the same day! You'll need: playing cards, envelopes (optional), paper, pens, glue, scissors, stamp and ink.



Beklebt die Karte mit Papier, dass groß genug ist um es einmal umzufalten (siehe Foto). Schneide an der Kante entlang.

Glue paper onto the cards to it is big enough to fold it once (see photo). Cut along the edge.



Schreibe nun deine Wünsche und Ideen auf das Papier, verziere das Ganze soweit du möchtest. Ich habe den selbstgemachten Stempel von hier benutzt.

Now write your date ideas onto the paper, decorate the whole thing as much as you want. I used the selfmade stamp from this tutorial.




Nun kannst du die Karten entweder in Umschläge stecken und die Nummer darauf notieren, oder mithilfe einer Büroklammer einen kleinen Zettel anbringen. Viel Spaß bei euren Dates!

Now you can either put the cards into envelopes and jot down the numbers onto them, or attach a small piece of paper using a paper clip. Have fun on your dates!
