Ja, ick mit Brille - auf dem Blog recht ungewohnt, 'in real life' gar nicht so. Auch wenn ich Kontaktlinsen bevorzuge, sorgen die geheizte Luft und vieles auf-den-Bildschirm-starren für trockene Augen und ein Zurückgreifen auf Brille. Dieses Modell ist von Firmoo und angenehm leicht!



Yes, me with glasses - quite unusual on my blog but not so unusual 'in real life'. Even though I do prefer contact lenses, heated dry air and plenty of staring at a screen make for dry eyes and a resorting to glasses. This model is by Firmoo and pleasantly light!



Der Rest meines Outfits besteht aus Kinderabteilungs-Cardigan, ein Basic-Shirt von Esprit und einem Second Hand-Rock. Eigentlich ganz schlicht, aber doch interessant durch die Texturen, wie ich finde.



The rest of my outfit consists of kids' section cardigan, a basic shirt from Esprit and a second hand skirt. Quite simple actually but made interesting by the textures, I think.

Manchmal muss es schnell gehen morgens - und dann kommt bei mir, zumindest am Wochenende, immer eine Mütze rauf! Dazu Jeans und Cardigan und schon geht's schnell in den Supermarkt oder einen Kaffee trinken. Wie sieht eure Wochenend-Uniform so aus?



Sometimes it has to be quick in the morning - and then, at least at the weekends, I'll always just wear a hat! Jeans and cardigan, and off I am to the supermarket or having a coffee somewhere. What is your weekend uniform like?



Die Schuhe sahen leider schon ein paar Stunden draußen nicht mehr so sauber aus - na ja, zum Glück kann man die ja einfach in die Waschmaschine schmeißen. Diese Woche ist schon wieder total voll, und meine Liste von noch zu fertigenden Weihnachtsgeschenken wird irgendwie immer länger statt kleiner...herrje!



Unfortunately, after a few hours outside, the shoes weren't that clean anymore - oh well, at least you can just throw these into the washing machine. This week is super busy already, and somehow my list of yet to make Christmas presents gets longer instead of shorter...oh, dear!

Nachdem ich euch vor ein paar Tagen schon Änderungsüberlegungen für die Wohnung gezeigt habe, geht es heute weiter mit unseren Schlafzimmerfenstern. Auch wenn ich liebe, wie hell unser Zimmer durch die beiden hohen Fenster ist, habe ich es nachts doch lieber dunkel. Ideen gibt es viele: halblange oder bodenlange Vorhänge (die von Urbanara finde ich so toll!)...



After I have shown you some ideas for possible changes in the flat a few days ago, let's continue with our bedroom windows. Even though I love how bright our room is due to the two large windows, I do prefer it being really dark at night. There are plenty of ideas: half-length or floor-length curtains (I love these from Urbanara!)....



...oder Jalousien, auch wenn ich mir nicht sicher bin, wie diese im Raum aussehen würden. Ganz elegant wäre natürlich die Lösung, außen Rolläden anzubringen, so wie solche von creon. Ist natürlich schwierig in einer Mietwohnung, dafür wäre es wirklich dunkel! Was denkt ihr, was ist euer Favorit?



...or Venetian blinds, even though I am not sure how they would look in the room. Very elegant would be to have blinds outside, like these from creon. Of course, quite difficult in a rented flat, but at least it would be really dark then! What do you think, what is your favourite?
