Vegan Upside Down Toffee Apple Cake

Vor gar nicht allzu langer Zeit habe ich ja schon einmal einen veganen Upside Down Apfelkuchen gebacken, wollte aber doch gern nochmal ein anderes Rezept ausprobieren. Bei diesem hier kriegt die Oberfläche ein Toffee-Finish - sehr lecker!!
Not too long ago I had already made a vegan upside down apple cake but wanted to try another recipe. This one includes a toffee finish on the surface - very delicious!!
