Manchmal muss es mehr sein - so oder ähnlich dachte ich, als ich mir diesen Fake Fur Mantel gekauft habe. Leider nicht ganz sooo warm, wie er aussieht, ist er doch ein Statement, möchte ich mal sagen. Dazu halte ich es am liebsten ganz schlicht, heute mit einem Blusenkleid von Zaful (leider ausverkauft) und schlichten Lackschuhen. Ich hoffe, ihr habt ein besseres Wochenende als ich: seit gestern klage ich über Nacken- und Rückenschmerzen dollster Art und laufe mit Wärmeflaschen rum - einzige Ausnahme die Fotos hier, was macht man nicht alles für den Blog!





Sometimes, more is more - something like this must have crossed my mind when I bought this fake fur coat. Unfortunately, not quite as warm as it looks, it is still a statement I like to believe. I prefer keeping it simple with that one, today with a shirt dress from Zaful (unfortunately sold out) and simple patent faux leather shoes. I hope you have a better weekend than me: since yesterday I'm moaning about neck and back pain of the mean sort and walk around with hot water bottles - only exception are these photos here, all the things one does for the blog!

Endlich Wochenende! Leider ging es mir gestern nicht so gut, die Grippewelle hat mich gestreift - aber nicht erwischt, weswegen ich heute schon wieder fröhlich durch die Gegend laufen kann. Gleich geht es zu meinen Großeltern, Mittagessen und Spaziergang, heute Abend dann auf einen Geburtstag. Morgen wollen Aidan und ich uns auf den ersten Trödelmarkt des Jahres wagen, ich freue mich schon! Wann eröffnet ihr die Trödelmarkt-Saison?




Finally, it's the weekend! Unfortunately, I wasn't too well yesterday, the flu that's been going round had tried to get a grip on me - unsuccessfully, which is why I can run around again today. I'm off to see my grand-parents in a bit, lunch and a walk, and go to a birthday party in the evening. Tomorrow, Aidan and I want to go to the first flea market of the year, sooo excited! When do you open the flea market season?

Ich hoffe, euch geht es gut! Heute wieder ein bequemes, warmes Outfit, welches ich am liebsten zum Kuchen-Essen und Kaffee-Trinken getragen hätte! - leider ging es nur zur Arbeit. Zur Zeit ist mein Alltag ziemlich voll: im Job passiert viel, im Reitverein mit meiner Vorstandstätigkeit auch und ich arbeite auch gerade an einem Blog-Redesign. Es wird ein bisschen cleaner. I hope you are all well! Today, another comfy and warm outfit which I would have loved wearing to get cake and coffee! - unfortunately, I only wore it to work. Currently, my everyday life is pretty full: lots going on in the job, lots going on in the riding yard where I'm part of the board and I'm also currently working on a blog re-design. Manchmal ist easy und warm auch ganz nett - netter, als sich im T-Shirt vollschneien zu lassen. :-) Daher heute mal ein warmes und praktisches Outfit für die kleinen Besorgungen am Wochenende. Eigentlich wollten wir zur Agrar-Demo gehen, aber Aidan ist leider krank und damit waren die Pläne raus.



Sometimes, easy and warm is quite nice - nicer than being snowed on wearing a shirt. :-) Hence a warm and practical outfit for today, to do all the shopping and other chores one needs to do on weekends. We actually wanted to go to the agriculture protest, but Aidan is ill so that changed plans.



Mal wieder die weißen Jeans - vor Jahren wären die noch in hohem Bogen rausgeflogen und jetzt liebe ich sie. Wie Geschmäcker sich doch ändern! Dazu ein Pulli mit Ellbogen-Katzenapplikation und bequeme Schuhe, feddisch. Wie schon gesagt - manchmal ist einfach auch ganz nett.



And the white jeans again - some years ago I would have thrown these out of the window and now I love them. Interesting how tastes change! Combined with them a jumper with cat elbow patches and comfy shoes, done. As I said before - sometime, simple is quite nice.
