    Deine Katzen sind echt super süß :)
    Carob Gum ist Johannisbrotkernmehl und das gibt es auf jeden Fall in jedem Bio-Laden und eigentlich auch in jedem gut sortiertem Supermarkt. Ich benutze das ganz viel zum Andicken von Soßen und so. Agaragar oder Agartine geht vielleicht auch, aber hat ja eher so einen gelierenden Effekt und weniger einen "einfach so" verdickenden, deswegen würde ich das glaub ich nicht nehmen.
