Vegan Yogurt and Pear Muffins

Sojajoghurt kann man mögen oder auch nicht - in diesen Muffins ist er auf jeden Fall super! Diese Schätzchen kann man natürlich auch mit 'normalem' Joghurt machen.



You can like soy yogurt and you can also not like it - but it is definitely good in these muffins! Of course, you can also make these little delicacies with 'normal' plain yogurt.



Das Grundrezept stammt von hier - und da ich Birnen mag und Zimt auch, habe ich diese beiden Komponenten (2 halbe Birnen, 1/2 TL Zimt) frecherweise mal einfach reingemischt und auch Vanillezucker mit zugegeben. Der geht immer!



The basic recipe is from here - and since I do like pears and cinnamon, I dared to add these two ingredients (2 half pears, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon) to the mix and also made sure to include some vanilla sugar. That's always right!

  14. I love pear in baked goods! I think it's definitely not used enough. I once had this pear and ginger scone at a cafe that I was absolutely amazing.
